Compulsory measures to come to Corsica

Please read carefully before travelling to Corsica:

Any person aged 12 and over wishing to travel to Corsica from France must carry:

  • Either a PCR test result less than 72 hours prior to travel or anantigen test result less than 48 hours prior to travel.Self-tests are not accepted for travel
  • Or proof of vaccination status (full scheme, see above).
  • Or a certificate of immunity for people who have already contracted Covid. This proof consists of a positive result of an RT-PCR or antigenic test carried out more than eleven days and less than six months before the trip (this is the result of the test you had carried out at the time you declared the disease) 

and

  • a statement on honour that no symptoms are present.
    For
    minor children, the parent fills in the certificate on behalf of the child and signs for him or her at the end, indicating "the mother" or "the father".

Failure to present one of the above-mentioned documents will result in boarding being denied by the transport company.

The tolerance previously in force for the return of a Corsican-continental trip of less than 24 hours ended on 14 June .

  • Which vaccines are accepted?Only vaccines authorised by the EMA (Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)) are accepted.
  • What is a complete immunisation schedule?
    I present a complete immunization schedule:
        • 7 days after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
        • 7 days after the injection for vaccines in people who have already contracted Covid (1 injection only).
        • 28 days after the injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).
  • How can I retrieve my vaccination certificate ?
    On
    the "patient portal" of the Assurance Maladie(https://attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr) . Once you have your vaccination certificate, you can scan the QR code on the right to import it and store it in your phone, thanks to TousAntiCovid Carnet.
  • Can I provide a self-test result ?
    No
    , only RT-PCR tests performed within 72 hours or antigenic tests performed within 48 hours are allowed.

 

In addition to the checks carried out by transport companies on boarding, checks will continue to be carried out by the police on the island to ensure that these measures are properly applied.
Consequently, proof of the RT-PCR test must be kept throughout the stay in Corsica.
It may be requested by the police when passengers arrive on the island and also on their return to the mainland.
