Producer sales in the Cave des Corsaires in Piana
Antoine Fuchs, a young shepherd, runs his goat herd and cheese-making business.
He makes the famous "brocciu de Piana" using traditional methods, cooked over a wood fire in a copper cauldron.
He has created the Cave des Corsaires de Piana, where he sells his own products as well as a selection of Corsican products such as wines, beers, charcuterie, jams, honeys and other artisanal products. You can sample a wide range of products on the spot. La Cave des Corsaires is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm and from 4:30pm to 7pm from April to November.
