Come and sample our PDO "porcu nustrale" Corsican charcuterie, brocciu and farmhouse cheeses from our shepherds, local fish from our friend Martinellu and a wide range of cooked dishes (snails in sauce or parsley butter, wood-oven gratinated diana mussels, tripette, dry, beef cheek confit with Corsican muscatel wine, brocciu lasagne, crita pasta, bouillabaisse), as well as many other suggestions.
