THE QUALITY APPROACH

Since its creation in 2018, the West Corsica Intercommunal Tourist Office has chosen to further professionalise its team by committing to a quality approach with the aim of obtaining the Qualité Tourisme™ mark.

The Marque Qualité Tourisme™, registered by the Ministry of Tourism, is a guarantee for tourists and a guarantee of confidence.

The aim of this approach is to provide the tourist office with tools and methods and to deal with all its missions from the point of view of the constant search for improvement of our services and to give impetus to a dynamic quality policy applicable to all: tourist office, local authorities and tourism stakeholders.

Our objectives towards our customers :

  • To guarantee an efficient, effective and personalised welcome for our visitors and to enable them, wherever they are, to obtain reliable tourist information accessible to all.
  • To take into account the opinions of our visitors, to analyse them and to retransmit them in a report in order to implement sustainable corrective actions and to adjust and renew our range of products and services offered.
  • Favour quality of information over quantity by using the digital tools available.
  • Promote local know-how and productions through our shop or our communication.
  • Train our teams throughout the year to get to know the territory.
  • Provide new services: reception by appointment, mobile reception, identity shop, etc.

Our objectives towards our partners :

  • Maintain a close link with all the tourism sectors through consultation.
  • Support, promote and develop the marketing of the offers and services provided by local service providers. To help service providers in the development of their commercial strategy and to consult them in the development of the OTI's commercial strategy.
  • Promote their activities on the website and social networks: interviews, portraits, videos, photos...
  • Support them in adapting their offer to customer behaviour and the needs of the target markets.
  • Support them as ambassadors of the region and pass on to them the offers of activities, entertainment, visits and events and shows so that they relay this information to our customers.

Our objectives towards our elected representatives :

  • Implement the tourism strategy of the destination, in accordance with the ambitions of the Spelunca-Liamone community of municipalities.
  • To support communities in their efforts to beautify their communities,
  • To publicise the scope of their tourist office's tasks and competences.
  • To be a driving force in developing local tourism consumption.
  • To generate more self-financing to achieve the objectives of developing the entrepreneurial management of the tourist office and to avoid as much as possible the burden of operation on public finances

But also... to us:

The West Corsica Intercommunal Tourist Office and all its teams have decided to make quality a value shared by all.

It commits itself internally and with visitors to a responsible approach, through the use of eco-actions, information to tourists, etc.
