The size and shape of the blade are determined by the particularity of the horn itself.
The Damascus blades and laminated steel are all forged in his workshop.
The horns are baked and straightened in olive oil and then dried for a year before use.
It is all these manufacturing steps that make the quality incomparable: the suppleness of the blade and the hardness of the edge are the result of patient and meticulous work. It should also be noted that all the pieces are unique and guaranteed for life.
