Discover this Baroque church, built between 1761 and 1782, dedicated to Saint Jean-Baptiste.
It was built to replace the old medieval church, located on the current site of the cemetery.
The work was completed under the supervision of the Corsican intendance surveyor.
You'll discover period paintings, including a fresco by Mr. Chagall, to whom Mr. Bassoul (a painter and decorator from Ajaccio) entrusted the fresco in the church choir.
